The Elite Training Center offers training in Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu. Gracie Barra (pronounced BAH HA) is one of the largest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu organizations in the world. It was founded in 1986 by Carlos Gracie Jr., son of Gracie Jiu Jitsu founder Carlos Gracie.
Gracie Barra is dedicated to improving people through the study of Jiu Jitsu. Although it has produced many famous fierce competitors in BJJ and MMA the key element of Gracie Barra is “Family.” As a family we strive to teach members the knowledge and skill we have learned so they can go out and teach others. Through training Jiu Jitsu we not only develop ourselves we also develop those around us.
There is also emphasis in this class on street application of Jiu Jitsu.
